Sometimes it takes reaching the end to grasp the beauty of the beginning. Scripture isn’t a collection of random moments, but a unified story of God’s desire to be with us—from Genesis to Revelation, fulfilled in Christ.

As I grew in faith, I began to appreciate the significance of the benediction, recognizing it as a moment of invoking God’s blessings and peace.

We remember the hymns because they remind us of what Jeremiah knew: God is the only anchor steadfast and sure in troubled times.
